Chapter 19, Subchapter 11 section 19.50-19.71, of Dane County Ordinances provides the authority under which Dane County administers its Contract Compliance Program.
The Contract Compliance Program enforces and monitors contractor's performance relative to workforce representation of protected groups/members. Participation and contracting opportunities for emerging small businesses, minority, women, disadvantaged owned businesses are also monitored.

- Women Business Enterprise (WBE)
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
