Purchasing Request for Proposals, Bids & Quotations

Per Dane County Ordinance, Section 62.15, “Any person desiring to bid on any county contract must register with the purchasing manager and pay an annual registration fee of $20.” The Vendor Registration Application and fee payment is available on-line or by requesting a paper form be sent via US Mail.

Please note that it is the bidder's responsibility to check this website for any future amendments or revisions prior to the bid opening. Bids/RFP's that do not acknowledge amendments may be rejected.

2/24/2010	RFI 110026	Healthcare furniture for the Badger Prairie Health Care Center This is NOT a Request for Proposal or a Request for Bid. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information from manufacturers about the healthcare furniture available to furnish the Badger Prairie Health Care Center. On the basis of this RFI, manufacturers will be invited to a show in Dane County on April 28, 2010. Manufacturers will be selected on the basis of the vendor show. Following the vendor show, a bid will be issued by Dane County for purchase, delivery and installation of the furniture.
